USA Swimming

• Please use this form for entry into an SAL Invitational or US Swim meet.

• Register for USA Swimming for 2007.  Applications are in the information tree in the pool lobby.

• Registering with USA swimming enables you to compete in Mid-Atlantic swim meets.  For a list of these meets, go to www.maswim.org. 

• If you have any questions about USA Swimming, contact Gail Deana, NPAC's USA Swimming Rep.  Gail's contact info is located here. 

• The registration fee is $55.00.

• Registrations are good through 12/31/2007.
